1. Do I need a doctor’s referral to start physical therapy?

Not always. It depends on your insurance and state rules. Call us and we’ll help you check what you need.

2. What happens at my first visit?

At your first visit, the therapist will talk with you about your pain, test your movement, and create a plan just for you. You may also start gentle treatment and exercises the same day.

3. What should I wear to my appointment?

Wear loose, comfortable clothes that let you move easily. Try to wear shorts for leg or knee problems and a tank top or loose shirt for shoulder, neck, or back issues.

4. How long is each session?

Most visits last about 45–60 minutes. Your therapist will tell you if your plan needs more or less time.

5. How many visits will I need?

This is different for everyone. Some people feel better in a few visits, while others need several weeks. Your therapist will review your progress and adjust as needed.

6. Will I get exercises to do at home?

Yes. You’ll get simple home exercises to help you heal faster and keep your progress between visits.

7. What if I don’t have insurance?

You can still be seen. Our out-of-pocket rate is $85 for the first evaluation and $85 for each follow-up visit.
